The Spring Creek Ranch is a a mixed-use resort planned unit development located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There are eleven residential subdivisions including 62 attached and detached town homes (Spirit Dance and Harvest Dance) and 97 single-family lots (Sun Dance, Elk Dance, The Ridge, and Homes at Amangani) The commercial interests include the 40-room Amangani hotel, and the 36-room Hotel Yellowstone, as well as Jackson Land & Cattle’s western horsemanship development.

The Spring Creek Improvement & Service District is a Wyoming special district that owns, operates and maintains the roads, water and sewer systems at Spring Creek Ranch. A three-person Board of Directors oversees the operation of the ISD.
